Circulation Hock Sleeves
Circulation Hock Sleeves
Give your horse advanced support and recovery with the Incrediwear Equine Hock Sleeves, designed to reduce inflammation, relieve stiffness, and accelerate joint healing in the hind limbs.
Ideal for horses recovering from hock-related issues or managing chronic joint stress, these sleeves activate circulation and lymphatic flow through germanium and carbon-embedded fabric. By increasing blood flow and supporting natural thermoregulation, they reduce swelling, promote healing, and minimize recovery time without compression or ice.
Whether used post-workout, during transport, or overnight, the Hock Sleeves offer targeted, non-restrictive support that helps maintain joint mobility and comfort in even the most demanding equine athletes.

However, due to anatomical variation, they may not fit all horses, particularly those with very large or very small hocks.
Scientific Validation
Independent thermographic studies show the Incrediwear fabric delivers measurable physiological effects at the hock:
- +2.9°C increase in vascular activity at the saphenous vein
- +3.0°C increase at the tendon/bone interface (calcaneal region)
- +4.3°C sustained post-removal warmth, confirming ongoing circulatory activation
- Visible vascular activation from hock to coronet
- Confirmed thermo-adaptive effect, improving perfusion, oxygenation, and recovery even in cool ambient temperatures. Thermographic Analysis of dry product application on Hocks is Consistent with Doppler imaging, showing +26% blood flow increase in tendons after Incrediwear use.
A different Thermographic test of Incrediwear’s wet application on the hock region showed cooling effects of up to
- −7.3°C, cooling sustained for over an hour. Post-removal imaging confirmed residual vascular activity
Making it a safe, ice-free solution for inflammation, soreness, and synovial issues.

They do not stay up. 17h big boned Thoroughbred. Size medium on hind. Nowhere near worth the price. We are a rescue, so really unhappy.
Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, our Hock Sleeves are a one-size product and are not designed to fit a 17hh, big-boned Thoroughbred; for a horse of that size, they will not provide the intended fit. Before purchasing any of our products, we always recommend that customers review the product description, where we outline the sizing and maximum stretch specifications, to ensure the product is a good match for their horse's build.
We welcome you to contact us at hello@incrediwearquine.com with your order number so we can check your eligibility for a return.
Do not recommend....very hard to put on...material is all stretched after first use. Kept after the 5 day return period hoping they would be worth it but they aren't.
Mary, thank you for sharing your feedback.
We understand that our Hock Sleeves can be tricky to apply at first. They are designed to be quite snug to ensure maximum therapeutic contact, which is what allows the fabric to work so effectively. Since they come in one size, they can be more challenging to apply on some legs; however, the Hoof Bag included in the box is a great tool for a much easier and smoother application. Regarding the material, it is engineered to have some natural 'give' and typically settles in a bit after the first use. We do list the maximum stretch specifications in the product description as a guide, but if you feel there is something unusual about your pair, please reach out to us at hello@incrediwearquine.com. We are always happy to help you get the most out of your purchase.
Not easy to put on. Not bad for myself, but I got these for my horse. Lol.
I love using these after a run on my horse, they fit well, stay up and provide excellent cooling after hard work. I personally use the Incrediwear line for people, and the amount of cooling is absolutely incredible.
I bought the hock socks for my 18 year old Hunter who has arthritis in his hocks and fetlocks. I saw less swelling after the first time putting them on him. He is leased to a student who rides 3 x/week. The sleeves are helping keep him comfortable and working better. Highly recommend the hock socks- They stay in place and are not hard to put on and off
