TERMS OF SERVICE

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, unless separated by a holiday or high traffic orders. As soon as you place your order, you receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

You will receive an e-mail with tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours please contact us info@incrediwear.com or call 530-345-5808.

If your order has already shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you are making a purchase outside of the U.S., Incrediwear is not responsible for any lost packages. All individual online orders that need international shipping are required to use First Class mail, and must wait up to 21 business days to receive their package.
