Care

This wraps have proven to be very helpful to several horses with soft tissue issues. They provide great support and then ease of cooling down after workouts. We have used them successfully on over a dozen horses that have gone on to win national honors!
We have performance horses and like all athletes they'll get sore and some random swelling and these wraps have basically kept that under control which is great.
Still trying to see if the help.
Present for my daughter’s horse. They both love them.
I was super excited about these wraps as they are advertised to double as ice boots if you hose them down after exercise. I have found them to do nothing of the sort and I am quite dissatisfied. My horses legs are still warm after working and hosing these- have tried wearing anywhere from 5-25 mins. Never found them to have a cooling effect.
Arielle, thank you for your review.
We understand why you expected the bandages to feel more like traditional ice boots. Incrediwear works a little differently. When the bandages are wet, they create a cooling effect while still supporting circulation in the area, so the legs may not feel ice-cold to the touch in the same way they would after traditional icing.
For the best cooling effect, we recommend wetting the bandages with warm or room-temperature water and leaving them on for up to an hour. The cooling effect can become more noticeable with a longer application time, so it may be worth trying them for the full recommended period.
