Circulation Hock Sleeves
Circulation Hock Sleeves
Give your horse advanced support and recovery with the Incrediwear Equine Hock Sleeves, designed to reduce inflammation, relieve stiffness, and accelerate joint healing in the hind limbs.
Ideal for horses recovering from hock-related issues or managing chronic joint stress, these sleeves activate circulation and lymphatic flow through germanium and carbon-embedded fabric. By increasing blood flow and supporting natural thermoregulation, they reduce swelling, promote healing, and minimize recovery time without compression or ice.
Whether used post-workout, during transport, or overnight, the Hock Sleeves offer targeted, non-restrictive support that helps maintain joint mobility and comfort in even the most demanding equine athletes.

However, due to anatomical variation, they may not fit all horses, particularly those with very large or very small hocks.
Scientific Validation
Independent thermographic studies show the Incrediwear fabric delivers measurable physiological effects at the hock:
- +2.9°C increase in vascular activity at the saphenous vein
- +3.0°C increase at the tendon/bone interface (calcaneal region)
- +4.3°C sustained post-removal warmth, confirming ongoing circulatory activation
- Visible vascular activation from hock to coronet
- Confirmed thermo-adaptive effect, improving perfusion, oxygenation, and recovery even in cool ambient temperatures. Thermographic Analysis of dry product application on Hocks is Consistent with Doppler imaging, showing +26% blood flow increase in tendons after Incrediwear use.
A different Thermographic test of Incrediwear’s wet application on the hock region showed cooling effects of up to
- −7.3°C, cooling sustained for over an hour. Post-removal imaging confirmed residual vascular activity
Making it a safe, ice-free solution for inflammation, soreness, and synovial issues.
Conditions That May Benefit from Hock Sleeves

I want these to be incredible but they are ridiculously difficult to put on and they do not stay up. I also have the other sleeves and wraps...all the products. I cannot get the sleeves to stay up on any horse at any time. I have tried everything. Just doesnt work.
Gloria, thank you for your review and for sharing your experience with us. Please note that our hock sleeves are one-size-fits-all, so they can be a little loose on some horses, which may cause them to slide down. If you’re finding that the sleeves are not staying in place, we recommend securing the top with a non-therapeutic bandage or vet tape to help keep them in place. For easier application, a hoof bag is included in the packaging. Simply roll the sleeve into a doughnut shape, place the hoof bag over the hoof, and then roll the sleeve up the leg.
We understand how frustrating this can be, and we hope these tips help. If you need any further assistance or have any questions, please feel free to email us at hello@incrediwearequine.com.
Could have bought compression socks for less. The fronts R huge, the wraps are huge.
Amanda,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us.
We’d like to clarify that our products are not compression-based. Unlike traditional compression socks or wraps, Incrediwear products are designed to work through our proprietary fabric technology rather than compression.
Regarding the fit, as noted in our product description, our Hock Sleeves come in one size. We understand that the fit can feel quite generous depending on the horse’s individual leg size and shape. If the sleeves feel too loose, they can be secured with a non-therapeutic bandage or vet tape over the top to help keep them securely in place.
We always encourage our customers to reach out to us before purchasing if they have any questions about sizing or which product would be the best fit for their horse. Our team is always happy to help!
My horse got injured and two vets of mine said it’s good for recovery so let’s see how it works in combination with other treatments
Not easy to put on. Not bad for myself, but I got these for my horse. Lol.
These work amazing! The only thing I would recommend is to make sure and use the cover for the hoof when putting on and taking off otherwise you may tear them. They do take some effort to put on, but they stay up great if you put them a little higher than you want. They definitely cool down the legs really well, I can’t wait to get another pair!
